Our client, a globally recognized leading manufacturer of state-of-the-art power distribution solutions, is RAPIDLY GROWING and seeking STAGING OPERATORS to join their team. Excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment with a company who offers opportunities to advance your skills and career $20.00 - $21.00 Per Hour Monday u2013 Friday 6:00 am u2013 2:30 pm In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and preparing materials and components for production while ensuring they are properly organized and ready for use. Responsibilities: + Follow 3D model to install final parts (i.e. cover panels, labels, etc.) on power cabinets + Use standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) to complete tasks assigned + Sort and stage material to be used at final packaging station + Assemble wood pallets as required + Verify the accuracy of the materials and components received by comparing them to the specifications provided + Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to appropriate personnel + Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean and organized staging area + Assists in other tasks related to material handling and inventory control as needed Preferred Experience: + Previous experience in staging, material handling, or warehouse operations + Communication skills + Problem solving and critical thinking skills Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent + Basic knowledge of standard hand tools (i.e. drill, wrench, screwdrivers, etc.) + Basic computer skills (i.e. web browser, email) + Familiarity with manufacturing processes and types of materials/components + Strong organizational and time management skills + Attention to detail and ability to accurately verify and label materials + Ability to work in fast-paced environment Physical Requirements: + Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds + Ability to stand for an extended period of time + Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, or climb a stepladder while working + Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination Benefits Upon Hire + Health Insurance u2013 Company pays 100% medical, dental, and vision benefits + Pay raise + Performance-based incentives + $24K Life Insurance + 401(k) u2013 Company matched up to 4% total To learn more or for IMMEDIATE consideration, u201capplyu201d today or contact Danielle at .
