Maintenance PersonBusy boutique hotel in midtown Manhattan needs a full time maintenance person. Great opportunities for growthResponsibilities:- Will be cleaning all general areas of the hotel including groundskeeping and trash removal.- Assisting with laundry service- Light handyman work (electrical/plumbing/painting)- Will be working on a set schedule but the hours might change based on needs of the hotel.Requirements:- Must have 1 year of recent professional experience in a similar setting- Shift/Days: Fri - Sun 7AM - 3PM and Mon/Tues 3PM-11PM- Must be able to lift and carry as part of the daily job description.Pay: $20/hourTo Apply: Email resume to , indicating in the subject line
