Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist will support day-to-day purchasing and contracting activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services. This role is responsible for processing purchase requisitions and orders, onboarding and managing suppliers, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Procurement Specialist will also support contract management, assist with supplier issue resolution, and contribute to process improvements within the procurement function. Please submit your resume if your experience aligns with the requirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders, including spot buys and low-value purchases.Support supplier onboarding, registration, and due diligence processes.Review, edit, and coordinate procurement contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and legal to facilitate contract approvals, signatures, and lifecycle management.Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules to ensure goods and services are received on time.Assist Accounts Payable with invoice resolution and discrepancies.Maintain procurement records, reports, and supplier master data in Workday and other systems.Collect and analyze supplier quotes, prepare comparisons, and support sourcing evaluations.Respond to procurement-related inquiries from internal teams and external suppliers.Generate procurement dashboards and reports, including spend analysis and supplier performance tracking.Identify and support opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and process improvement.Provide ad hoc support to internal stakeholders and manage communications through the procurement mailbox.Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.California residents: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.If you would like to complete our voluntary self-identification form, please click here or copy and paste the following link into an open window in your browser: of this form is voluntary and will not affect your opportunity for employment, or the terms or conditions of your employment.
