UX Designer / Developer - Hybrid Role (Onsite 3 days and remote 2)W2 only no C2COur client is seeking a skilled UX Designer / Developer to lead their digital execution and website management. This hybrid position blends creative design with front-end development and technical oversight. If you're fluent in HTML/CSS and passionate about user experience, this role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary owner of the company website, ensuring content accuracy, functionality, and compliance.Manage daily updates including rates, product pages, branch hours, legal notices, and promotional content.Build, update, and maintain web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MODX (or similar CMS).Conduct quality assurance and testing across desktop and mobile platforms.Perform regular audits using Siteimprove and provide actionable recommendations.Collaborate with SEO agencies and internal teams to enhance search rankings and user experience.Design and produce landing pages, product graphics, banners, social media assets, and campaign visuals.Create and code responsive email templates and campaigns using Stripo or equivalent tools.Ensure consistent branding, accessibility, and UX best practices across all digital channels.Translate marketing and business requirements into effective digital executions.Use Google Analytics/GA4 to report on website and landing page performance.Partner with Compliance via Jira to ensure regulatory standards are met.Provide dashboards and performance metrics to marketing leadership.Recommend digital solutions and enhancements in collaboration with IT and vendors.Understand financial products and services to support business unit requests effectively.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in web design, development, and management.Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (MODX preferred).Proven design skills with a portfolio showcasing campaign, brand, and UX work.Experience with Siteimprove, SEO, Google Analytics/GA4, and email design tools.Solid understanding of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.Experience working with compliance/legal teams, preferably in regulated industries.Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
