Your responsibilities may include:Designing engineering solutionsConducting and monitoring site inspectionsJoining project and client meetingsRefining technical designs and documentationAnalyzing reports and specificationsExploring project and client managementLeveraging digital tools and innovationDriving sustainable outcomesBuilding connections through our Early Career Professionals NetworkTo be considered for this 2026 opportunity, here's what you'll need:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related fieldSuccessful completion of EIT exam, or ability to take EIT exam within 12 monthsDemonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous internships, volunteering opportunities, or organization membershipsCreative thinking skills, with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solvingProficient communication and presentation skills to engage confidently with clients and colleaguesResilient, solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous growth and delivering valueAbility to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborative spirit and commitment to teamworkThis position is located in Seatle, WA.
