What Weu2019re Looking For: u2022 8+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on work with modern CI/CD, developer platforms, OR developer productivity tools. u2022 Proficiency in at least one programming language (Go, Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar). u2022 Experience with cloud infrastructure (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP); exposure to Oracle Cloud is a plus. u2022 Strong expertise in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.). u2022 Demonstrated ability to design, build, and operate distributed systems at scale. u2022 Commitment to open and constructive collaborationu2014values trust, direct feedback, and continuous growth for oneself and the team. u2022 Strong written and verbal communicator; able to present complex ideas and advocate for technical solutions. u2022 Growth mindset, curiosity, and genuine passion for empowering developers and teams.
