Further engage in regular interactions with employees to access engagement and possible referral opportunities. u00b7 Utilize applicant tracking system to ensure all data is updated throughout the interview and hiring process. u00b7 Collaborate effectively with human resources to ensure onboarding, compliance, and employee records are accurate at the time of hire. u00b7 Participate in other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: u00b7 The ideal candidate will have 3+ yearsu2019 experience as an Hourly Recruiter or Retail Store Manager u00b7 Bacheloru2019s Degree preferred. u00b7 Must be trustworthy, have a high sense of integrity, be customer-centric, results-driven and be agile and open to change. u00b7 Ability to work independently in an office environment and produce sustainable results with minimal supervision. u00b7 Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems (Kronos/UKG Ready will be especially helpful) and PC skills in MS Office applications u00b7 A proven career history, with no more than three jobs in the last six years. u00b7 Must be available to travel. u00b7 Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills u00b7 Must be able to successfully complete a drug and thorough background check Why Metro One?
