The role bridges early trial feasibility with long-termsite support and quality improvement to ensure trials are successfullylaunched and optimized. Key responsibilities include developing andimplementing feasibility strategies to evaluate site capabilities,analyze trial designs, and recommend appropriate sites; identifying,recruiting, and onboarding participating hospitals and health systems;and providing targeted education and training to sites and stakeholders.The Project Manager will oversee protocol start-up, regulatorymonitoring, and sponsor-level implementation activities, collaboratingwith internal teams and external partners to meet project deliverableson time while communicating progress and challenges to leadership. Theywill also work closely with the Clinical Trial Liaison and StudyOperations teams to strengthen study center engagement, improve patientenrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance, while maintainingexpertise in assigned therapeutic areas across the companys clinicalportfolio.REQUIREMENTS- Bachelors degree or equivalent (health sciences field preferred), or registered nursing certification.- 3-5 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or public health-related programs.- Strong project management skills.- Superior organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, determine relative importance and prioritize accordingly.- Strong medical or clinical research background.Please see the full success profile at the end of the job ad.TRAVEL/WORK ENVIRONMENT- Located in the PHX or FWD office.- Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% with overnight stays.SCHEDULE- Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, exempt positions, working from the Phoenix, AZ or Friendswood, TX office locations.READY TO JOIN OUR BIOTECH TEAM?We truly appreciate your time.
