Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Clerk to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this hybrid position, based in Phoenix, Arizona, you will play a critical role in processing and verifying high volumes of service tickets to ensure accurate billing and revenue capture. Responsibilities: u2022 Process 200-250 service tickets daily with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely task completion. u2022 Verify and close service tickets to capture accurate revenue for all services rendered. u2022 Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve outstanding discrepancies by set deadlines. u2022 Investigate and resolve billing issues to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Maintain organized and accurate documentation for all service tickets and billing activities. u2022 Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as needed. u2022 Adhere to company policies and procedures related to billing and accounts payable. u2022 Ensure compliance with established processes to maintain data accuracy and integrity. Requirements u2022 High school diploma or equivalent is required. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. u2022 Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in handling a high volume of work. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; proficiency in French is required u2022 Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. u2022 Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. u2022 Previous experience in billing, finance, or accounts payable is preferred.
