Job Category Sales, Marketing & Product Management Position Summary The Experiential Marketing Lead reports to the Manager of Consumer Sales Training and plays a pivotal role within the Product & Technical Training team. This position is responsible for designing and executing high-impact experiential marketing programs that enhance brand awareness, product education, and customer engagement across multiple sales channels. Events include Bridgestone Drive & Learn, Product Launches, Winter Driving School, and Teens Drive Smart, with a focus on strategic messaging, stakeholder collaboration, and measurable impact. The role requires a blend of creative vision, cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and logistical execution. Key capabilities include project and vendor management, public speaking, digital marketing, and design sensibilities aligned with brand standards. Experience with navigating technically complex software systems including data visualization and event management software such as Cvent is preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus. This role will travel extensively to support the programs they lead across the US and Canada--up to 50%. Responsibilities u00b7 Lead strategic planning and execution of experiential marketing and training events that engage sales teams, media, and partners. u00b7 Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to build impactful product centered driving experiences. u00b7 Support internal teams and key accounts (e.g., Costco, TireRack) with customized driving experiences. u00b7 Manage logistics agencies and oversee vehicle and equipment storage. u00b7 Manage ongoing legacy contracts and liaise between vendor partners and internal teammates to execute business critical agreements in a timely fashion. u00b7 Own digital content creation, branding, messaging, and communications for event programs. u00b7 Manage program websites in Adobe Experience Manager including content authoring, asset development, and copywriting. u00b7 Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to ensure brand and security compliance for existing and future digital assets. u00b7 Utilize data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. u00b7 Build and adapt reports to effectively communicate with data lead insights to stakeholders and leaders. u00b7 Build presentations to effectively communicate the success and needs of the programs to stakeholders and leadership, up to the executive level. u00b7 Oversee budget planning, cost models, forecasting, billing, and reporting for multimillion-dollar programs. u00b7 Synthesize education and training fundamentals to successfully educate dealer customers and consumer audiences at driving events. u00b7 Conceptualize and plan the user experience for experiential driving events and map out accurate run of show documentation. u00b7 Partner with Engineering and Product Planning teams to understand new technologies and creatively apply the findings to new event experiences. u00b7 Demonstrate technical knowledge of products and facilitate in-person events. u00b7 Manage partnerships and sponsorships, including the Bridgestone Winter Driving School and Teens Drive Smart. u00b7 Manage inventory and apparel for various programs and customer incentive needs. Minimum Qualifications u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. u00b7 6u20138 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, or Sales. u00b7 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. u00b7 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables, etc.). u00b7 Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. u00b7 Experience with Tableau, Cvent, and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred. u00b7 Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a plus. u00b7 Graphic design proficiency with a strong eye for on-brand aesthetics preferred. u00b7 Public speaking or facilitation experience with both technical and non-technical audiences. u00b7 Experience in training and education a plus. u00b7 Strong automotive industry knowledge and passion for car culture.
