Description Email Marketing Manager Location: Dallas, TX 75240 (Hybrid Schedule) Duration: 2-month contract, 40 hours/week We are seeking an experienced and creative Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a 2-month contract basis. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Dallas, TX several days per week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving customer engagement through strategic email campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions) and deliver actionable insights. Create compelling, personalized email content that resonates with target audiences. Conduct A/B testing and implement innovative approaches to improve ROI. Manage segmentation strategies and build targeted customer lists. Ensure responsive email design and brand consistency across campaigns. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging across channels. Requirements Top 3 Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role. Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data. Preferred Experience: Experience with marketing automation tools. Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template customization. Background in digital advertising or multi-channel marketing. Skills & Tools: Knowledge of compliance laws such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR. Excellent communication and project management skills. Attention to detail and creativity under tight deadlines. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Portfolio showcasing successful email campaigns and performance improvements.
