Analyze and evaluate the likelihood of future events inorder to reduce and manage future risks. Complete and interpretactuarial analysis, valuations, cost estimates, and modeling usingstatistical programming and database tools. Perform rate level pricingfunctions and prepare monitoring reports on program or product pricing.Measure historical relationships to develop forecasts and identifytrends. Performs other duties as assigned. Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimumof 5 years of work experience beyond degree. Associate of the Society ofActuaries (ASA) designation. Preferred Qualifications Experience inhealthcare or insurance actuarial work. Knowledge of reserving andmonthly financial reporting. Advanced proficiency in statisticalprogramming and database tools. This position is an Office role, whichrequires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week. We areopen to candidates located near one of the following office locations:Minnetonka, MN, Madison, WI, Omaha, NE, or St. Louis, MO. The fullsalary grade for this position is $87,100 - $149,300. While the fullsalary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this roleis expected to be between $87,100 - $130,620. Annual salary rangeplacement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limitedto, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/orlicensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equityand external market salary data.
