AdditionalJob Details Typical hours are Monday through Friday 8:00a.m.- 4:30p.m -this can be flexible and will be determined at the time of hire. Thisposition may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at adesignated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, atan offsite, non-campus work location. Candidates who demonstrate thefollowing knowledge, skills, and abilities, will be given firstconsideration OR Successful candidates will address the followingKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities in their cover letter. Time managementskills Reading comprehension skills Critical thinking skills Activelistening skills Knowledge of principles and processes for providingcustomer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment,meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customersatisfaction. Knowledge of administrative and office procedures andsystems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenographyand transcription, designing forms, and workplace terminology. Key JobResponsibilities: Acts as the primary liaison for providers or programsand refers stakeholders to providers, agencies, patients, and staffAssists in coordinating the complex daily activities of providers orprogram(s) by entering information into databases, maintaining files andmaterials, and preparing reports Serves as the primary contact andsubject matter expert for specified program policies and proceduresCoordinates with senior management to define program goals and fiscalobjectives Identifies opportunities for program improvements and makesrecommendations...
