Director of Treasury and Investor

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Purpose The Director of Treasury and InvestorRelations is a key leadership role responsible for managing thecompany's treasury functions and fostering strong, transparentrelationships with the investment community. This position overseesstrategic financial planning, capital markets activity, risk mitigation,and communication of the company's financial performance and long-termvision. The role supports organizational sustainability throughdisciplined treasury management while enhancing shareholder confidencethrough effective investor engagement. Core Responsibilities Note: Thisis not an all-inclusive listing Develop and execute an investorrelations strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regulatoryrequirements. Serve as primary liaison with institutional investors,analysts, rating agencies, and shareholders. Lead preparation ofexternal communications, including earnings releases, presentations, Q&Amaterials, and investor reports. Organize and manage investor eventssuch as earnings calls, roadshows, and analyst days. Monitor marketsentiment, peer performance, and analyst perspectives; provide insightsto executive leadership. Ensure compliance with SEC disclosurerequirements while presenting a consistent and compelling investmentnarrative. Oversee liquidity planning, daily cash management, and short-and long-term financing strategies. Optimize capital structure throughdebt/equity issuances, refinancing, and banking relationships. Evaluateand mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, foreignexchange, and commodities. Maintain strong relationships with creditrating agencies to support favorable access to capital markets. Ensurecompliance with treasury policies, SOX requirements, and internalcontrols while aligning forecasts with corporate financial goals.Conduct scenario planning, stress testing, and financial modeling toguide capital allocation and investment decisions. Prepare financialreports and presentations for executive leadership and the Board ofDirectors. Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and companyperformance to support business strategy. Maintain forward-lookingfinancial forecasts that integrate investor expectations andorganizational objectives.
