What Youu2019ll Bring 10+ years developing software, including 5+ years managing high-performing engineering teams. Proven success leading complex, large-scale, distributed systems in mission-critical environments. Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, databases, NoSQL systems, and cloud infrastructure . Experience with big data applications, analytics, and multi-tenant, virtualized infrastructure . Strong technical presenceu2014comfortable presenting forward-looking strategies to executives and aligning diverse stakeholders. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
