We are building next-gen NPI onboarding and workflow automation to maintain our large fleet, support new technologies like ML pods, and integrate with complex manufacturing and supply chain operations. We need a Software Engineering Manager who can quickly ramp on a distributed system, create stakeholder buy-in, and drive their team to deliver meaningful impact. In this role, you will lead a team building for our next-generation data center resource modeling platform, which will manage Google-wide fleet onboarding and deployment. This is a critical system for planning future capacity, modeling the data center, and managing the machine life-cycle at scale while reducing operational costs. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
