Job Title: PackerLocation: Piqua, OHSalary: $21.00/hour We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Packer to join our plastic injection molding team. In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, stacking, and packaging plastic spools according to customer specifications, while maintaining a clean, safe, and team-driven work environment. Key Responsibilities• Retrieve plastic injection molded spools from bins and stack them neatly on skids or pack into boxes based on customer instructions.• Visually inspect all spools for quality defects, including flash, short shots, or other issues.• Follow written instructions to ensure all packing and labeling meets customer specifications.• Use a computer to print labels and enter required data, including end-of-shift scrap counts.• Properly stage and secure finished goods using a pallet jack to prepare for transport.• Assist fellow packers as needed to maintain workflow and support team success.• Record and input scrap materials accurately into the system at the end of each shift.• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S and housekeeping standards.• Adhere to all safety protocols and support a safe working environment.• Be a positive, reliable team player with a strong work ethic—team success is key!• Dress code note: Shorts are permitted as long as they are of reasonable length.
