Join us on our mission to transform the world, one student, one teacher, and one community at a time.As part of our rapid growth, Promethean is seeking a high-impact, experienced National Channel Manager to lead and expand strategic business initiatives with top-tier national partners across all vertical markets.This strategic leadership role will drive our National Partners to a successful self-sufficient, autonomous state through go-to-market integration, technical and sales enablement, industry knowledge and meaningful collaboration.This role is ideal for a highly motivated, relationship-driven channel professional with deep knowledge of the ProAV industry, the systems integrator eco-system, and a strong track record of driving channel-led revenue growth.Responsibilities:Own and grow executive-level and field-level relationships across assigned national partners.Align partner go-to-market strategies with Promethean sales priorities to deliver joint value and build structured business plans.Develop and execute joint account strategies to drive pipeline growth and partner-sourced opportunities.Drive partner mindshare by maintaining a consistent in-person presence and field alignment with partners and Promethean area sales managers.Execute scalable enablement efforts to ensure sales and technical staff are confident selling the full suite of Promethean products and solutions.Promote and manage sales and technical training programs across national partner sales and technical teams to ensure they are confident selling the full suite of Promethean hardware and software products and solutions.Ensure consistent utilization and optimization of partner tools (portal, campaigns, spiff programs, etc.).Partner closely with Promethean area sales managers to create aligned account strategies and identify net-new targets through account mapping initiatives.Partner with Promethean channel marketing to drive marketing strategy and execution with National partners.Host and support events in person such as workshops, webinars, and Lunch & Learns with partners and Promethean team.Collaborate cross-functionally with area sales managers, marketing, legal and partner teams to align on joint initiatives and partner success.Requirements:10+ years in a national channel or partner management role.Direct experience and strong relationships with AV technology integration partners with coverage across the US.Demonstrated ability to develop joint business plans and execute channel strategies at a national level.Strong understanding of sales enablement, pipeline generation, and value-based partner engagement.Excellent presentation and communication skills.Experience with Salesforce, partner portals, and pe
