Production Lead-3rd Shift

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Lead will:Assist the Production Supervisor in the daily management of product output and quality.Provide direction and training to the first line staff.Offer feedback on performance levels and concerns.Provide hands on production support as is needed.Stage product at work stations.Complete required paperwork/documentation for production levels, quality gaps, and communications.Act as interim supervisor during times of brief absence of the Production Supervisor.Assist the Production Supervisor in identifying labor demands to optimize production output.Monitor production processes, ensuring the compliance of all safety procedures, regulations and guidelines.Communicate any equipment maintenance needs.Attention to detail and accuracy is mandatory.The successful candidate will have:High School education or equivalent.Two years minimum of experience in a production environment.Excellent communication skills.Forklift driving experience or willingness to learn.Pay rate starts at $22.32+/hr. The hours for this position are Sunday through Thursday 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. Plus a $1.25 shift differential for hours between 5 pm and 5 am.
