We Champion People.Assign jobs: to Body Technicians and maintain proper job mix to ensure smooth production flow through all departmentsCoordinate repairs: Coordinate supplements with Body Technicians and Repair Leader(s); coordinate sublet repairsReview work with Technicians and support with issues/questions about repairs when neededEnsure on-time delivery: Ensure production is moving as needed to meet timely delivery requirementsMaintain safe production environment: Ensure production space is safe and clean, i.e. properly maintained equipment and personal protective equipment usagePerform Quality Assurance: Perform in person quality checks of work and be able to ensure vehicle repairs are completed timely in accordance with proper repair procedures (ALLDATA, OE guidelines, etc.)Lead team: Ability to lead team of Body Technicians toward unified goals as discussed in daily/weekly meetingsAdditional responsibilitiesKnowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirementsAbility to supervise and motivate production personnelProficient with Computers and other technologyMust possess excellent organizational skillsWillingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as neededValid driver’s license is requiredThe Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements and annual updates:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceGroup Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401k Retirement Plan with matchReferral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)5 Paid HolidaysWe are committed to providing competitive compensation for this role.
