Sr. Construction Manager - Transportation

We're looking for a Senior Construction Manager to be based in the Irvine, CA area who is excited about working on projects supporting our clientsu2019 business and business practices. You will be expected to be able to work with clients and contractors with the knowledge of construction practices including change management, safety, quality assurance, scheduling, estimating, price negotiations, and oversight of d ay-to-day activities. Bacheloru2019s degree in in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, , or related discipline 15+ years of proven experience in Construction Management working on County Public Work projects. Knowledge of construction including material, methods, plans and specifications; associated safety requirements. Knowledge of current and upcoming relevant local, regional, state and federal regulations governing design, construction, contracting, environmental, and safety measures Experience with projects utilizing alternative project delivery. Experience supporting clients on multiple capital projects.
