Shipping/Office Specialist $20hr.

Express Employment Professionals Dayton South, West Carrollton is now hiring a Office/Shipping Clerk. We are looking for someone who possesses BOTH of these skillset. Responsibilities : Manage the department mailboxes of customer inquiries and new incoming spare part and consumable orders. Create order in service max for non-store related consumable sales Pull parts and consumables from the shelf documenting change in stock levels. Verifying physical count is correct. Create all customs documents for LA shipments including EEI form, BOL and packing slips for shipments Utilize the UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping computers to ship up to 100 packages per day Following company policies and procedures for inventory control and packaging, including safety measures Log all incoming shipments (spare parts return and shipments for internal personnel) Measure, cut and prepare conveyor and aquiline material for shipment Operator forklift to move equipment or unload deliveries (must be forklift certified) Share in the responsibility of the return of spare parts from the field updating service max with usage information.
