You will: + Lead brownfield redevelopment projects, including demolition and construction of a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB). + Champion onsite safety, OSHA, and environmental compliance programs. + Develop and maintain integrated schedules (MS Project), look-ahead plans, and milestones. + Run competitive bids, contractor selection, contracts/COs, and performance management. + Coordinate permits, inspections, environmental/demolition protocols, and design/constructability reviews. + Oversee site logistics, shutdowns, tie-ins, and protection of ongoing operations. + Track budgets, forecasts, risks, and change management with full transparency. + Lead commissioning planning, punch-list closeout, and handover of O&M/as-built documentation. + Communicate effectively across contractors, craft workers, plant leadership, and corporate stakeholders. This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required). + 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management, including PEMB projects. + OSHA-30 certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). + PMP certification preferred; LEED/sustainable building experience a plus. + Proficiency with MS Project, AutoCAD (or similar), and PM/document control systems. + Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, demolition standards, and commissioning processes. + Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional team management skills.
