Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill an On-Site Recruiter role in Clyde, OH. The On-site Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for various clients. The purpose of this role is to acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates. Responsibilities for the On-site Recruiter role include: + Identify sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities. + Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles. + Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements. + Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory. + Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clientsu2019 specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building. + Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met + Ensure that clients and candidates receive excellent service. + Responds to temporary employee inquiries and escalate further as necessary. + Build and maintain relationships with associates and clients. Pay Details: $24.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
