ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Program Management Excellence u2022 Lead cross-functional programs spanning Legal, IT, and Information Security domains u2022 Define scope, success metrics, and roadmaps while overseeing end-to-end execution u2022 Manage vendor relationships and influence system roadmaps to meet Legal organization needs u2022 Facilitate technical requirements and maintain well-defined roadmaps with senior stakeholders Legal Technology Leadership u2022 Serve as in-house expert on legal technologies (CLM, document automation, AI tools) u2022 Collaborate with IT infrastructure, development, and testing teams on releases and upgrades u2022 Stay current on legal tech trends and vendor roadmaps to inform IT strategy Support & Adoption Enablement u2022 Provide L2/L3 support including onboarding, user provisioning, and workflow troubleshooting u2022 Lead live demos and training sessions for new technology adoption u2022 Develop user guides, training materials, and internal documentation u2022 Drive technology adoption through targeted communications and engagement Innovation & Change Management u2022 Continuously identify automation and innovation opportunities in legal operations u2022 Track system usage, impact, and satisfaction metrics u2022 Lead organizational change management initiatives, both tactical and strategic Qualifications REQUIRED: u2022 8+ years in legal business consulting, legal technology innovation, or legal managed services u2022 Strong technical program management with large-scale legal operations projects u2022 Executive stakeholder relationship management u2022 Deep knowledge of legal systems (contract management, e-discovery, compliance platforms) u2022 Legal industry process expertise (regulatory compliance, M&A, IP management, data privacy) u2022 IT systems administration and L2/L3 business support experience u2022 Information security acumen and organizational change management skills u2022 Vendor management and coordination experience u2022 Education: Bachelor's required; JD, MBA, or Master's preferred u2022 Relevant Certifications: CLOC/ILTA/ACC, CIPP/CIPM/CIPT, PMP, CISA/CISM/CISSP, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma Additional Information Western Digital is committed to providing equal opportunities to all applicants and employees and will not discriminate against any applicant or employee based on their race, color, ancestry, religion (including religious dress and grooming standards), sex (including pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), gender (including a personu2019s gender identity, gender expression, and gender-related appearance and behavior, whether or not stereotypically associated with the personu2019s assigned sex at birth), age, national origin, sexual orientation, medical condition, marital status (including domestic partnership status), physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, protected medical and family care leave, Civil Air Patrol status, military and veteran status, or other legally protected characteristics.
