Position Summary Front of HouseOperations Managers are our in-house hospitality professionals who ensure dailyoperational excellence, overall guest satisfaction and management of the FOHteam. This role participates in a variety of dimensions of the business fromleading the service teams, maximizing food and beverage sales, handlingpre-shift training, to promoting retail wine sales, merchandise, and more. Empowered to make day-to-day decisions confidently both with guests,service teams and other departmental management u25cfDemonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills withservice teams and management u25cf Other duties, initiatives, andtasks as per business need Minimum Qualifications u25cfMinimum 3 years experience in a multi-faced, high volumerestaurant, venue, and/or equivalent relevant experience u25cfExceptional hospitality skills u25cfProven leadership skills and commitment to operational excellence u25cfStrong analytical and data skills u25cfAbility to successfully multi-task, delegate, and manage severaltasks at once in fast paced environment u25cfExceptional communication and interpersonal skills both writtenand verbal u25cfFunctional knowledge of health department and related regulations u25cfAbility to perform physical requirements of position includingstanding and walking for extended periods of time, bending, pulling, pushing,lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. u25cfAble and willing to work flexible schedule including days, nights,weekends, and holidays About Us Wine, food, andlive entertainment collide at City Winery to create a dynamic and incrediblyunique workplace.
