What You'll Do:Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email.Schedule tire and service appointments quickly and accurately.Deliver expert product knowledge and solutions with a helpful, upbeat attitude.Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional, respectful manner.Collaborate with in-store personnel to ensure seamless service from booking to completion.Stay on-script while still keeping conversations warm, informative, and helpful.Manage a high volume of calls and multitask without missing a beat.? You're a Great Fit If You Have:A high school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus)2+ years in customer service, automotive, or sales rolesStrong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressureA team-first attitude with the ability to work independentlyA willingness to learn about our tire, parts, and service offeringsSolid computer skills, including working in a Windows environment?
