JOB REQUIREMENTS: Apply Description We are seeking a detailed and clientoriented professional to join our team as a Treasury ManagementSpecialist The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for thedelivery and support of treasury management products and services. TheTM Specialist will work directly with business clients and prospects toexplain the features and benefits of treasury products provideassistance in the implementation and subsequent support of theseproducts and services. When required, in addition to phone and emailclient support, the TM Specialist will visit a client at their place ofbusiness in order to implement new TM services and troubleshootproblems. In addition to direct client contact, this position will workwith account relationship managers and retail staff to share knowledgeand provide product training. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Lake RidgeClient Portfolio Maintenance and Support - respond to daily requestsfrom clients for maintenance and new account and services requests.Treasury Management Support external - work closely with the bank's toptier business clients in a diplomatic, insightful and responsive mannerin order to meet these client's needs. Treasury Management Supportinternal - work with sales team to provide support by preparingagreements, managing service implementations, providing account analysiscomparisons or any other support required to facilitate the salesprocess. Account Analysis Maintenance and Support - Input, review,process and maintenance all account analysis statements for products andservices utilized. Technical Support - provide onsite or remotetelephone training and implementation for all Treasury Managementclients when required. Product Knowledge - staying current on allTreasury Management products and services within the organization.Treasury Management Reporting - supporting the Treasury Managementweekly and monthly Treasury Management reporting requirements.CDARS/Insured Cash Sweep - provide sales support and maintenance toCDARS/ICS clients.
