Develops and maintains integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub. Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with platform best practices. Oversees platform administration tasks such as upgrades, deployments, and performance tuning. Engages directly with clients for requirements gathering, solution recommendations, and knowledge transfer. Ensures quality through testing and compliance, while contributing to continuous improvement and staying current with platform updates. This role will be hybrid onsite 2-3 times a week in the Philidelphia PA or Cleveland OH office. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u2022 2-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience u2022 Proven success implementing ServiceNow modules, with deep knowledge in at least one core area (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM). u2022 Strong grasp of platform architecture, data model, and scripting (JavaScript/GlideScript). u2022 Skilled in workflow automation, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. u2022 Familiar with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP, JSON, XML) and ITIL principles. u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. u2022 Effective communicator with client-facing experience. u2022 Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to expand technical breadth. u2022 Committed to quality, collaboration, and continuous learning. Desired qualifications: u2022 ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) u2022 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in relevant modules u2022 ITIL Foundation or higher certification u2022 Exposure to Performance Analytics, Security Operations, GRC, or ATF. u2022 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). u2022 Experience mentoring others and working across industries. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $61,900.00 - $137,100.00.
