The Manager of Academic Operations provides administrative and operational support for Academic Affairs, overseen by the Provost. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the Provost, the Manager of Academic Operations ensures smooth operations across Academic Affairs by overseeing administrative processes, facilitating effective communication, and supporting institutional priorities led by the Provost. Position Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience.Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative or office management experience, preferably in higher education.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with student information systems. Working knowledge of Jenzabar.
