Join our team. About the RoleThe Director, Finance Anaplan Enablement will lead the strategic deployment and optimization of Anaplan across the enterprise. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance and IT, driving alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement of planning and forecasting capabilities through Anaplan.What Youll DoDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for Anaplan enablementServe as the primary liaison between Finance and IT to align planning goals with technical capabilitiesLead Anaplan implementation and enhancement projectsOversee project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communicationsOptimize planning, forecasting, and reporting processes using AnaplanEnsure data governance, automation, and model integrityDevelop training and change management strategies to support user adoptionPartner with internal and external Anaplan stakeholders to drive continuous improvementWho You Are8+ years of experience in Finance, IT, or enterprise planning systems3+ years of hands-on experience with Anaplan (model building, architecture, deployment)Strong understanding of financial planning and forecasting processesProven leadership in managing cross-functional projectsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferredMaster’s degree or MBAAnaplan certification(s)Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data integration toolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise architecture principlesBenefits at Gap Inc.
