And we’re just getting started!The Architectural Design Specialist will provide daily project related support to the Planet Fitness Design Team, fulfilling requirements for incoming development projects, and updating project status as it moves through the design process. The Architectural Design Specialist will be responsible for daily data entry that requires strong attention to detail.This is a hybrid role based out of our Hampton, NH office.Assist and support the Design Manager in projects during development process.Create and maintain organized project folders and libraries for the design team.Generate weekly/bi-weekly status reports and distribute to Planet Fitness approved architectural and design firms.Collect, monitor, and report information from status reports relating to ongoing design and construction projects.Handle administration duties including weekly vendor calls, report generation, data entry and other duties as assigned.Collaborate with architects, internal stakeholders, and franchise stakeholders to review design requirements and brand guidelines, ensuring that all PF locations are built for success.Hold architects and vendors accountable for upholding PF brand standards as well as ensuring that layout schematics and CAD Designs are completed on time and on schedule.Assist in the development process from the design phase through permitting.Perform design compliance reviews on all new, remodel, relocation, and expansion project layouts.Review construction drawings ensuring the adherence to Planet Fitness’s brand standards.Assist design team in material & finish selections as needed.Bachelor’s Degree in a Design, Architecture, or a related fieldExperience with CAD programs such as AutoCAD LT , Revit and/or Bluebeam is a plusMust be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word and Adobe AcrobatPhotoshop/InDesign/Illustrator skills are highly valuedSalesforce background a plusExtremely detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with an exceptional ability to establish priorities and objectivesExcellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills along with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationAble to establish and maintain effective, collaborative work relationships with diverse individuals, internally and externallyDedicated learner with a natural curiosity for consistent growthExhibits comfort, ease, and flexibility working in an extremely fast-paced ever-changing, deadline-driven environmentCooperative team player with an upbeat, positive, “can-do” attitude!Hybrid work schedule out of our Hampton, NH Club Support CenterCompetitive salaries and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, pharmacy, dental and vision benefitsGenerous vacation/holiday payVolunteer days off401(k) RetirementEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramChildcare reimbursementPet care reimbursementTuition reimbursementFree learning and development programsDiscount programs, including vacations, theme parks, shopping, meal delivery services & much moreCompany-sponsored social eventsFree Black Card membership and fun exercise incentivesAccess to our private gym at the Hampton, NH Club Support Center, complete with locker rooms and Black Card areaDelicious, healthy breakfast and lunch options served at our Club Support CentercaféNote to Applicants:We have been made aware of an increasing number of hiring fraud schemes across numerous platforms.
