We put the unity in 'opportunity.'Opportunity Snapshot:Compensation: $55-85/hourLocation: Midland, TXWork Schedule: M-F / 40+ hoursAssignment Duration: 12 monthsBenefits: Comprehensive insurance with 401K, PTO and HolidaysImplement the Project - Site Inspection Surveillance Plan within the sub-project(s), where necessaryAssist in the initial assessment of the Client’s Quality Program, control procedures and ITPs as they relate to this specific disciplinePerform periodic assessments and verification of Client’s inspection of: Site preparation and earthworks, ditch works for undergrounds and backfill, tank foundation beds and dikes, concrete pre-pour, pouring and post-pour activities including laboratory testing, grouting, structural steel erection and welding, any other Civil works not listed above, infrastructure works and architectural worksMonitor Client to ensure resolution of DR/NCR/CAR’s in a timely mannerVerify resolutions for DR/NCR/CAR’s are in accordance with authorized dispositionsVerify proper permits required for the work are obtainedWitness selected testing and Hold Point as indicated in the ITPsReview selected inspection documents for completion and correctnessParticipate as an observer in selected internal auditsParticipate in punch-list preparation prior to final acceptance for turnoverParticipate in verification of completion of punch-list items prior to turnoverReview selected final documentation packagesAdvise and inform the Site Quality Assurance Lead (SQAL) on Quality issues, status and metricsProvide other Quality Assurance (QA) support as necessary to the Project Management Team (PMT) Experience executing quality assurance/control of engineering, procurement, or construction activitiesTechnical discipline certifications commensurate with work experienceWilling and able to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide various levels of supportCandidate must be able to integrate well into team, accept decisions, quickly learn job specification and function effectivelyHigh School diploma or GED required, or technical trainingThe Bergaila Way:The Bergaila Companies is a nationally recognized leader in providing staffing services to all sectors of the energy industry.
