With services offered coast to coast, we’re proud to be a leader in the field, and we’re growing every day.What You’ll DoAs a Para-Professional, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and support their families in both in-home and center-based settings. You will work under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, and your responsibilities will include:Implementing individualized ABA programs and treatment plansRecommending new programming goals and assisting with client program developmentCreating therapy materials and conducting monthly team meetingsProviding parent education and consultation servicesCollecting and analyzing behavior data to identify trends and provide insights to your supervisorWriting first drafts of progress reports and reviewing client programs in EnsoraAssisting with coordination of care and other BCBA support tasksActing as a floater for the center as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience working with children with special needs and/or autismMeet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment)Eligibility to work in the United StatesAvailability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or eveningsAbility to pass a background checkProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to learn new software quicklyNot to mention, it’s a plus if you:Are bilingual in English and SpanishPhysical RequirementsPhysical demands may vary depending on client needs.
