Knowledge of safety equipment in order to know what to wear during certain tasks to prevent safety issuesInspection of initial samples prior to release to the OEMInspection of products at assigned station to quality standards, at the required frequency and timeImmediately report all non-conformities of quality, work standards and rules to the Quality Team Leader and SupervisorDocument all issues found in assigned station and the final dispositionPractice 5S in the assigned work area. Keep the work stations, tools and gauges clean and organizedFollow all work orders given by Team Leader, Supervisor, and ManagementContinuous application of education materialUnderstand the work process of Process Quality Team; Teamwork is essentialLean duties and responsibilities of Process Auditor and Receiving InspectorPerform other duties as assignedEducation, Skills, and/or Experience Required:0-3 years of experience in quality control0-3 years of experience in manufacturing/automotive environmentHigh School Graduate or equivalentGood verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to follow documented procedures and work standardsThe ability to pay attention to work detailThe ability to keep accurate recordsThe ability to work under pressureThe ability to work independently
