Clubhouse Program Director

As a Clubhouse Program Director you will oversee a psychiatric clubhouse designed toempower adults living with psychiatric conditions and provide a community that is focused on respect, individual choice and contribution.Clubhouses offer comprehensive and dynamic supports and services 5-6 days each week to members by combining employment, housing, and education services with social activities, life skills, wellness initiatives, arts-based rehabilitation and advocacy for people recovering from psychiatric conditions.To ensure that these services are implement effieciently, you will oversee the operational, financial and administrative operations of the clubhouse as well as oversee the implementation of all clubhouse service components and standards.In additon, you will provide supervision and direction to clubhouse staff regarding Clubhouse Action Plans, interventions and comprehensive assessments. rehabilitation, social counselor, social worker, provider, support staff, social services provider, counselor, mental health, psychiatric, social services, mentor, counseling, social work, group home, DSP, Direct Care, psychology, mental illness, mental health, psychiatric, outreach worker, outreach services, community based, human services, nonprofit, crisis, trauma, advocacy, recovery, clubhouseWhy Vinfen?
