Sales Manager / Lead Generation Team Supervisor

McCarthy ServicesMcCarthy Home Services, in partnership with American Residential Services, LLC is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our Retail Sales Department. In this role, you would manage a team of sales reps working in one of our partnered retail home improvement locations. The ideal candidate will have experience with leading, mentoring, recruiting, training, and directing a team of at least 8 sales reps/lead generators.Company vehicle provided.60k - 80k per year plus bonus potential.Manage hourly/daily sales support associate (SSA)performance, schedules and activities to achieveservice centergoals.Hold weekly SSA meetings to inform, educate, and motivate individual team members.Provide individual and team progress updates vs. goals.Provide training on technical issues affecting theretail program (seasonal changes, IAQ materials,HVAC equipment, etc.).Create competitive atmosphere between SSAs with internal contests for leads or challenges to a neighboring branch such as a “race” to a pre-determined goal, etc.Spend 60-65% of time in the field with SSAs andretail store management.Meet and / or exceed all ARS-Rescue Rooterestablished departmental business performance standards for lead generation, SSA staffing, and leads run.Develop and maintain positive, direct, working relationships withretail store personnel andretail storearea management.Meet withretail store managers and/or home services team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changes.Schedule and implement planned store “events”, being sure to involve Store Management.Must have two years of demonstrated sales management experience.A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and prior work experience is desired. Stronginterpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required. The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervisionis also required. This job requires the ability to read and interpret training material.
