Cabinet Field Service Manager

As a Field Service Manager, you’ll be trusted to deliver flawless adjustments, solve problems in the field, and make the new homeowners smile when they see their new kitchen.Why You’ll Love ItAt Wisenbaker, craftsmanship is recognized, accuracy is rewarded, and the work you do leaves a lasting mark.What You’ll Be Doing:Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes.Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines.Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.What We’re Looking for:High school diploma or GED.2-5 years of cabinet installation or service experience.Clean Driving Record, Background and Drug Screen.Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation.Skilled at reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and making fine adjustments.Clear communicator with a “do it right the first time” mindset.Wisenbaker Builder Services is a family-owned industry leader in stylish, on-trend interior finishes for residential builders.
