Team Lead Developer

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Team Lead Developer for one of their top clients in the Brenham TX area. As a technical team contributor, this person will support both in-flight and completed projects by interpreting technical requirements and ensuring alignment with business goals. He/She will collaborate closely with the development team through design guidance, pair programming, code reviews, and sharing best practices. The role includes deploying code, resolving operational issues such as network connectivity and authentication, and optimizing performance to meet application speed targets. You will need to stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks, applying them appropriately to enhance project outcomes. Also, write clean, maintainable, and testable code, delegate tasks based on team strengths, and validate that deployed solutions meet business requirements. Additionally, this candidate provide assistance to the Support Development Team as needed.
