HVAC Troubleshooting Help Desk Technician

Description As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for opening, dispatching and maintaining service work orders within SLA requirements. The ideal candidate will have mature customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and be proficient in Excel and Outlook. A Service Coordinator will: u25cf Enter and dispatch work orders u25cf Ensure that work orders have been received by subcontractors u25cf Verify the scheduled time and date of the work u25cf Enter accurate and complete notes in the system of correspondence with customers and subcontractors u25cf Act on all incoming phone calls u25cf Closing all service calls in the system when work is complete u25cf Update customer web based portals TECHNICAL SKILLS u25cf Proficient in Google Gmail. Google Apps, & Google Earth u25cf Proficient in Microsoft Excel u25cf Proficient in PDF creation and manipulation software (Bluebeam, Adobe) u25cf Familiarity with financial software u25cf Familiarity with cloud-based tracking software platforms Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
