Technical Engineer

Description We are looking for a skilled Technical Engineer to join our team in Westbury, New York. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and submit detailed proposals for structured cabling, audio-visual systems, and sound masking projects using Blue Beam software. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components into project designs. u2022 Manage and maintain Active Directory environments to support organizational needs. u2022 Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange for optimal communication and data management. u2022 Implement and oversee Palo Alto Firewall configurations to ensure network security. u2022 Analyze system requirements and recommend appropriate integration solutions. u2022 Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring timely resolution. u2022 Conduct system testing and validation to guarantee reliability and performance. u2022 Document all technical procedures and project progress for future reference. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Blue Beam software for proposal preparation and project design. u2022 Solid understanding of Active Directory management and configuration. u2022 Experience working with integration and electronic components in technical projects. u2022 Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange setup and troubleshooting. u2022 Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Firewall installation and maintenance. u2022 Strong analytical skills to assess system requirements and propose solutions. u2022 Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. u2022 Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
