MEP Estimator

Description - Lead the development of detailed MEP estimates for large-scale institutional, and health care projects across supported regions - Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns - Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform scope reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with design teams to identify value engineering opportunities and constructability solutions - Participate in preconstruction meetings and presentations with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders - Maintain and update historical cost data, unit pricing, and benchmarking tools - Stay current on regional market trends, labor rates, and material costs across supported geographies - Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools Skills Estimation, Project management, Mep, Estimating software, Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Commercial construction, infrastructure, bidding, blueprint, construction management Top Skills Details Estimation,Project management,Mep,Estimating software,Mechanical,electrical,plumbing,Commercial construction,infrastructure Additional Skills & Qualifications u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. u2022 Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, CostX, or similar). u2022 Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -They don't do any utility work or residential Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $80.00/hr.
