Weu2019re hiring a General Superintendent to oversee all on-site construction activities for a multi-year, large-scale public transit project at the Midtown Port Authority Bus Terminal. This is a leadership role ideal for someone with deep experience in heavy civil construction, ground-up builds, and complex coordination across stakeholders. About the Role Youu2019ll supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and trade crews, ensuring construction progresses according to schedule and plans. Youu2019ll coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and local authorities, while enforcing safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
