Your Role In this role you will lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives using ServiceNow and Agentic automation across business and IT organizations. You will be responsible for driving strategic automation programs and mentor senior consultants. You will: u00b7 Lead cross-functional teams in process redesign and optimization. u00b7 Define automation strategy aligned with business transformation goals. u00b7 Architect and implement ServiceNow workflows and Agentic automation solutions. u00b7 Serve as SME for ServiceNow integrations and intelligent automation.
