The Individual Giving Manager is a key member of the JCC's philanthropy team supporting all fundraising efforts including donor identification, cultivation and stewardship; solicitation; and building a robust pipeline to support continued growth. An ideal candidate is outgoing, confident, and thrives on connecting with people and connecting people to purpose. This is a 40 hour per week, Overtime Exempt position reporting to the Senior Director of Philanthropy.Key Responsibilities:Donor Acquisition: build and manage a portfolio of individual donor prospectsDonor Cultivation: maintain ongoing engagement with existing donors; plan and implement personalized stewardship strategies to retain and grow core segments of donors to the JCCGiving CampaignsSupport the execution of key fundraising campaigns including the annual campaign, special campaigns, and initiativesManage portfolio of mid-level donors, including stewardship and solicitationEvents and OutreachCollaborate with philanthropy team to create donor acknowledgement events and small group gatheringsRepresent the JCC at programs and events to identify new donor prospects and strengthen existing relationshipsDatabase and ReportingMaintain accurate donor records in CRMs, track donor touchpoints, and support data-driven fundraising strategiesGenerate donor reports to inform strategy and measure progressProvide necessary data to philanthropy team members to support their portfolio managementOther relevant duties as assignedKey Benefits Offered:Medical, Dental, VisionBasic and Supplemental Life InsuranceMedical and Dependent Care FSAs; HSAMass transit and commuter parking FSAs401(k) retirement plan with employer matchPaid time offComplimentary membership with use of facilities (fitness, aquatics, programs)Program discounts for the entire familySalary range: $65,000-$70,000 commensurate with experience Minimum Qualifications: Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 3 years of experience in individual gift fundraisingProven record of successful gift solicitationsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; excels in engaging with people and cultivating long-term connectionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to accept guidance and feedbackHighly organized and detail orientedStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and professional demeanorStrong computer skills and ability to learn new softwarePhysical Requirements:Work on a computer for many hours per dayLift up to 10 pounds Salary: $65000 Agency Information: The JCC of Central NJ's mission is to educate, enrich and empower our community - from generation to generation.
