As a Digital Asset/Crypto Product Owner within PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Other PNC locations listed may also be considered. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manageru2019s discretion. In this position you will: u2022 Lead agile crew(s) performing development work on crypto solutions u2022 Translate business requirements and business strategy into actionable agile stories u2022 Prioritize crypto development work backlog u2022 Coordinate with project managers, technology team, and controls partners for Change Governance u2022 Partner across organization to identify optimal integration points with digital tools, crypto Preferred experience/skills include: u2022 Experience with blockchain or crypto-related legal and regulatory matters u2022 Experience supporting global product launches and navigating regulatory and compliance issues u2022 Strong familiarity with financial institution partnerships, including global banking institutions u2022 Proven ability to advise cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment u2022 Background in fintech, crypto, or other emerging financial technologies u2022 Experience leading an agile crew/team PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description + Owns the vision and definition of the product. Serves as the voice of the Customer. Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Team(s) effort is concentrated on the right priorities based on business value. + Defines and conveys the vision to the team(s) in order to address client requirements to ensure a successful product based on business value. + Drives the creation of and the integrity of the product backlog. Leads grooming of the product backlog and ensures the backlog is correctly prioritized based on business value. + Responsible for ensuring the Scrum Master(s) and development team(s), are focused on the right priorities during the development process. Primary point of contact for questions from the team(s) and is empowered to make decisions. + Accepts delivery of working product from the Scrum Team(s). Socializes the delivery of business value and outcomes of the iteration to the stakeholders and clients. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
