Translating complex product requirements intoactionable and achievable manufacturing standards. Collaborating acrossdepartments to align quality goals with broader business objectives.Leading audits, inspections, and quality system improvements as thego-to resource. Inspiring and guiding teams to achieve sustainable,high-performance results. To succeed you must hold: 10+ years ofexperience in food, feed, or dietary ingredient manufacturing. 5+ yearsof people leadership experience, including mentoring, developing, andempowering teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.Expertise in21 CFR 117and GMP principles. Proven ability to leadcross-functional teams and drive quality excellence. Strongcommunication skills to influence everyone-from the shop floor toexecutives. A track record of turning regulatory requirements intopractical, effective solutions.
