What You'll Do * Process and track life insurance applications from submission to policy issue. * Communicate with carriers, advisors, and underwriting teams to ensure timely and accurate case management and processing. * Maintain consistent client follow-up via phone and email to guide them through the application process and address outstanding items. * Review applications for completeness and accuracy. * Maintain detailed records and follow established processes to ensure compliance. * Work closely with our advisory team to deliver exceptional client service. What We're Looking For * 2+ years of experience processing life insurance applications preferred * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. * A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. * Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Work Environment * Work from home after the initial training period. * Ideally able to come into the Horsham, PA office 1-2 times per month for team collaboration.
