We are seeking a candidate who is Fire Life Safety certified (F89 -T89) with managerial experience for the position of Client Service Manager /FLSD. This position requires the daily management of day-to-day FLSD security operations and enhancing client relationships > Lead the security staff that provides our services.WATCHGUARD 24/7 24/7 LLC is an equal opportunity employer. CSM will review the incident reportsMeet and approve all new hires and ensure the qualifications are met prior to assignmentThe CSM will conduct investigations and prepare written reports when necessaryMeet with clients regularly to ensure the security service is operating as proposedParticipates in the planning process for all requests for scheduling of special events at sitelocation.Attend weekly operations meeting at the Corporate office and report to VP of Operations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have F89 or T89 to be considered.Must be registered by the state of NY division of licensing as a security guard and have a NYS Drivers license. Security supervisor experience a must. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dealing with people maintaining composure. Must always be polite and courteous and professional.
