The Service Technician will communicate and work with maintenance managers, maintenance mechanics, electric truck mechanics, electricians, contractors, and East Penn Manufacturing's salespeople to provide service to customers within their territory covering Philadelphia, PA, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey. Basic computer skills with experience windows based programs (Word, EXCEL). Job requires rare overnight trips. Must be able to climb and work on ladders, gantries, and cat walks.
